Rapahoe is a locality in the West Coast Region of New Zealand. It sits at an elevation of around 124 m above sea level. It lies approximately 12 km north-northeast of Greymouth, the regional capital. Rapahoe is located at 42.3667°S, 171.2500°E. It observes New Zealand Time (NZST/NZDT).

Rapahoe lies cradled by the undulating, ochre-tinged hills that characterise this inland stretch of the West Coast Region. It lies 163.7 km north-west of Rolleston (from Rolleston: bearing 325°T), and is situated 11.9 km north-north-east of Greymouth. The land here is a rich tapestry of tussock-covered slopes and pockets of native bush, a stark contrast to the more dramatic alpine vistas further afield. The air, often carrying the faint, earthy scent of damp soil and decaying leaves, can feel surprisingly still, a quietude broken only by the distant bleating of sheep or the rustle of unseen creatures in the undergrowth.
