Huhuka is a locality in the West Coast Region of New Zealand. It sits at an elevation of around 23 m above sea level. It lies approximately 249 km south-west of Greymouth, the regional capital. Huhuka is located at 43.9667°S, 168.9167°E. It observes New Zealand Time (NZST/NZDT).

Huhuka rests in a broad valley, its presence defined by the undulating slopes of country that gradually ascend towards the more rugged Rampart Ridge, some six kilometres distant. It lies 192.4 km west-north-west of Timaru (from Timaru: bearing 284°T), and is situated 76.4 km north-north-west of Lake Hawea. The land itself is a tapestry of rich, dark soil, punctuated by the verdant hues of established farmland and the deeper, more secretive greens of native bush that clings to the steeper inclines. Streams, born from the higher country, thread their way through the landscape, their murmurs a constant, quiet counterpoint to the broader presence of the Turnbull River, which carves its course a kilometre away.
